Bridal Hair & Makeup Preview
A preview appointment gives both the bride and Kate a chance to get to know each other (talking all things weddings!) and thoroughly discuss your hair and makeup ideas. Your hair and makeup appointment will be roughly 2.5 hours, during which we will go through each stage of the process together, ensuring you are happy every step of the way! Your chosen look, based on your inspiration images, will be tailored to your unique hair type, facial features, skin tone, and type. We will also discuss skincare (without making things complex!) – a few simple steps will enhance your skin and are vital to achieving a flawless makeup application.

This is a 45 minute- 1 hour appointment, please bring any hair accessories with you that you may want to add.

This is a 45-minute to 1-hour appointment with false eyelashes included as an optional add-on. Its recommended to bring your own lipstick for touch-ups throughout the day.

Terms & Conditions for Bridal & Events Bookings
If I am required to arrive on the wedding day before 7 am, an additional charge of £30 per hour will apply to your booking.
During the months of April to September, a minimum of three people per booking will be required for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weddings.
Parking Cost:
If parking is not free at the wedding location, I will calculate the cost of parking at the nearest car park. This amount will be added to your booking.
Travel Costs:
Travel expenses are calculated from BA3 and charged one way at £1 per mile.
A 20% deposit of your total booking is required to secure your date in my diary.
When a change of location is required on the day, a “moving charge” will be added, in increments of £20 per 30 minutes.
If you wish to reduce your booking numbers or cancel the booking less than 4 weeks before the wedding/ event date, the original final payment will still be due.
If you cancel your booking less than 8 weeks before the wedding/ event date, 50% of the final payment will be due.
Frequently Asked Questions
I recommend that this be scheduled approximately eight weeks prior to the wedding day. However, this is a personal preference, and I am happy to accommodate my clients should they need an earlier date.

- Enquiry sent to me: This is the very first step towards booking me as your wedding makeup artist. You may have found me through a friend's referral or stumbled upon my website, but either way, I'm thrilled that you're interested in my services! During the enquiry stage, we will discuss your wedding date, venue, and makeup preferences.
- Quote received by you: After our initial consultation, I will send you a customized quote based on the services you've requested. This will include a breakdown of the costs and any additional fees that may be applicable. I believe in transparent pricing and want to ensure that there are no surprises down the line.
- Contract signed, deposit paid - booking confirmed in my diary: Once you've decided to move forward with booking me, I will send you a contract outlining the terms and conditions of our agreement. You'll also be required to pay a deposit to secure your booking. This ensures that I'm able to turn down other clients on your wedding day and focus solely on making you look and feel beautiful!
- Trial/preview appointment dates discussed and date secured: Before your wedding day, we'll schedule a trial or preview appointment so we can discuss your desired look and test out different products and techniques. I'll come to your home or a location of your choice to conduct the trial. We'll work together to find a look that showcases your natural beauty and enhances your features.
- Welcome pack received (including "getting to know your artist," trial tips & info, etc.): After you've booked me, I'll send you a welcome pack that includes helpful information about preparing for your makeup trial, tips for achieving flawless skin, and an introduction to me as an artist. I want you to feel confident and comfortable with me from the outset.
- Trial/preview appointment day! Detailed notes and photos taken: On the day of your trial, I will take detailed notes and photos to ensure that I'm able to recreate your desired look on your wedding day. We'll also discuss any changes or adjustments that you may want to make.
- Four weeks before the wedding date: wedding morning schedule sent to the bride & final payment reminder sent: As your wedding day approaches, I'll send you a detailed schedule for the morning of your wedding, so you know exactly what to expect. I'll also send a final payment reminder so that everything is taken care of before the big day.
- ...countdown to the big day!: Finally, the day has arrived! I'll arrive at your desired location, fully equipped with everything necessary to make your dream look a reality. From start to finish, I'll be there to ensure that you look and feel your absolute best. Let's make this a day to remember!
